Actionable Steps to Break the Worry Cycle

Every day, follow the below 4 steps process religiously to remove your worries one by one.

  1. Believe you can. To believe that you can do anything is the first step in breaking your worry habit. The Bible says “that which I have greatly believed has come upon me”.
  2. Empty your mind 10 minutes before falling asleep. The time just before you go to bed is the best time for your subconscious mind to receive instructions. So, use this time wisely and program your mind with useful instructions.
  3. Creatively imagine that all of your negative thoughts are flowing out of your mind.
