Get your life back on track and change the way you have been doing things.

Before you know it, your life will be changed forever. You will be a better person. You will have healthier habits and improved mental health. You will begin to feel less stressed and more confident about your place in the world. You will learn to love yourself and those around you. You will be happier.

First, this: find a mirror and look at yourself. Look hard. Take your time and truly allow what you see to sink in. Now, do you like what you see? Alternatively, is it not quite how you want it to be? If the latter is true, then we will work together to change that, but first, we must change your perspective of who and what you are as a person. What is the purpose of a person other than to be a person? I know it is difficult for us to grasp because we have been taught that a person is a number, status, title, or other intangible things. We have been taught that it will make our lives better if we earn this or earn that.

However, what is behind the title? What does it do? The first step in changing your life is changing your perspective on what you are as a person. Stop looking at yourself through the eyes of others. You are not a product or a name written on a piece of paper. You are not an employee or a client. You are not a transaction. You are not an…
