How to think big
Instead of daydreaming or seeing a lovely future, thinking big is a mental activity that empowers us to take active action over our own lives and situations. A person’s capacity to think big is the first step toward breaking out from their bubble of self-imposed limitations, channeling their efforts into exploring a bigger and better future, and laying out the steps necessary to make it a reality. For the first time in history, it’s easy to believe that there’s no limit to how far we may stretch our minds. It is incredibly beneficial to see the future, not with the limitations of today, but with the potential of tomorrow, to gain mental strength. It re-directs our focus away from thinking about our issues and identifying solutions.
How do I think big?
1.) Stop doubting yourself
When you doubt yourself and your capabilities, you limit your ability to think big. Self-doubt is one of the first obstacles you need to overcome before allowing yourself to think big. Whenever you feel yourself begin to doubt, your capabilities try and counter that with a positive thought. When you feel like telling yourself you can’t do something, try telling yourself there is no harm in trying. You don’t have to convince yourself you can do it; convince yourself to try.
2.) Look at all the possibilities.
