Alice and Alex have been in a relationship for more than a year now. Sometimes, Alice feels jealous when Alex talks with some pretty girl in front of her. Likewise, Alex doesn’t like it when his girlfriend talks with some handsome guy merrily.
Being human beings, it’s completely normal to feel so. The problem arises when either Alex or Alice doesn’t say no to their inner blaming voice which is holding responsible the other person as the source of their discomfort. Be it any sort of relationship, it becomes problematic whenever we hold others responsible for our own problems.
Generally speaking, we can categorize relationships into two broad categories: healthy and unhealthy. In a healthy relationship, the stakeholders take complete responsibility and own all the problems, and say no to the blame game.
