Doing some exercises and controlling diet both don’t bring the required result if you won’t inculcate new principles in your daily routine. Of course, exercise and diet bring initial success but to maintain that you need a thorough change in your lifestyle.

For example, if you go to your office, use stairs instead of a lift. Even small activities like switching on and off an electric button matter.

Further, take the required amount of liquid that your body needs to carry out metabolism.
