How an individual thinks and behaves is influenced by the beliefs and assumptions about the world around them. It is known as a “mindset.” As long as you have a growth attitude, you’ll be able to increase your brain, IQ, and abilities. Individuals willing to learn and improve themselves are better off. As they develop their abilities via education, practice, and tenacity, they are more likely to grow into better individuals. They become better persons due to their lessons from disappointments and mistakes.

How do I develop a growth mindset?

If you are interested in having a growth mindset, you need to accept a perspective shift. It is not a once-off thing, and you need to be committed to going the distance. Of course, you will experience hurdles and be tempted to fall back to your fixed mindset, but following these steps will help you remind yourself why you need a growth mindset.

1.) Be mindful

It’s not only about changing your mindset; it’s also about improving your physical and emotional health. For example, a combination of physical and mental exercises, such as running or stretching, might help you focus on what you’re doing and clear your mind.

2.) Be open to feedback
