Try to Eliminate the Fear that Stops your Personal Growth

What is the best way to identify when you are afraid of something? If I were to ask you what thoughts are immediately in your head when you are worried, would it be possible for you to answer?

This question is good because there are different ways that fear manifests itself. Sometimes it shows up as anxiety or discomfort. Other times, it is more about how certain situations make us feel. For example, some people may be afraid of heights, while others might get anxious around strangers. Regardless of how fear manifests itself for any one person, the process behind identifying the source of any fear is similar: it starts with identifying what triggers that feeling and trying to determine which cues lead up to that emotion.

That is why it’s helpful to ask yourself the questions I mentioned earlier.

First, let us say that personal growth is a process in which you can better understand yourself and your feelings. Personal growth usually happens naturally throughout life, but there are also conscious efforts to help it happen or deal with specific issues.
